Job Requirements

  • Residency in the state of Massachusetts
  • US citizenship or authorization to work in the US
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to obtain SIDA badge and comply with airport security measurements
  • Valid US driver’s license
  • Compliance with DOT drug and alcohol testing program
  • Ability to perform physical duties including lifting 70 pounds and working in outdoor conditions
  • Compliance with company appearance and attendance standards

Job Qualifications

  • Fully functioning knowledge of airline operations
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SIDA badge and other airport requirements
  • Possess a valid US driver’s license
  • Comply with DOT drug and alcohol testing program
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage scheduling and administrative tasks
  • Experience working in a safety-sensitive and fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Model the Southwest Way by coaching and engaging team members

  • Coordinate with departments to maintain on-time performance and employee morale
  • Monitor and guide ground support performance and equipment availability
  • Oversee airport operations ensuring safety, compliance, and customer service
