Job Requirements
- U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to obtain SIDA badge and comply with DOT drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly
- Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to meet company appearance and attendance standards

Job Duties
- Model the Southwest Way by leading and coaching team members
- Adhere to company values and foster a culture of safety and inclusion
- Guide daily airport ground operations to ensure timely aircraft arrivals and departures
- Coordinate with multiple departments to maintain on-time performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and manage ground support equipment and employee training compliance
- Perform administrative duties including shift bidding, payroll, and attendance tracking
- Ensure compliance with labor contracts and safety regulations
