Job Requirements

U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S.
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Ability to obtain SIDA badge and comply with DOT drug and alcohol testing
Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly
Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to meet company appearance and attendance standards

Job Qualifications

Ability to manage personnel and resources effectively

Job Duties

Model the Southwest Way by leading and coaching team members
Adhere to company values and foster a culture of safety and inclusion
Guide daily airport ground operations to ensure timely aircraft arrivals and departures
Coordinate with multiple departments to maintain on-time performance and customer satisfaction
Monitor and manage ground support equipment and employee training compliance
Perform administrative duties including shift bidding, payroll, and attendance tracking
Ensure compliance with labor contracts and safety regulations
