Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 2 plus years of inventory experience
- 2 plus years of restaurant or retail food service experience
- 1 plus years of leadership experience
- have or be able to obtain CA food handler card
- have or be able to obtain manager level food safety certification
- ability to carry large heavy items unassisted up to 25 lbs
- able to stand for long periods of time up to 10 hours a day
- able to work all shifts and available for extended hours and weekends as needed
- able to perform frequent bending stooping and lifting of objects
- available to travel when needed to support other sites
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 2 plus years of inventory experience
- 2 plus years of restaurant or retail food service experience
- 1 plus years of leadership experience
- have or be able to obtain CA food handler card
- have or be able to obtain manager level food safety certification
- experience in a corporate environment
- experience working in large team settings
- customer service or guest interaction experience
- experience with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- data entry experience
- experience with inventory management software
- strong writing and verbal communication skills
- detail oriented and organized
Job Duties
- Take on hand inventories and place orders for all concept areas of culinary food services
- receive and check in deliveries from vendors daily
- set and enforce standards of ordering and receiving operations
- maintain accurate inventory of product for all departmental areas
- create awareness with kitchen teams regarding inaccuracies with product delivery
- work with culinary team to ensure best product/vendor selection
- monitor and track department spending by vendor
