Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years supervisory or lead experience in high-volume foodservice
- at least 6 months experience delegating tasks and coordinating employees
- Servsafe Manager or equivalent certification

Job Duties
- Manage and assign team work to ensure efficient food service operations
- ensure adequate staffing levels and adjust as needed
- ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Foundation standards
- order, receive, and inventory food supplies
- supervise, train, and coach crew members
- maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas
- ensure cash register and credit card policy compliance
- resolve equipment, maintenance, and facility issues
- interact with customers and vendors to resolve complaints
- communicate work schedules and record time accurately
- ensure staff report to work on time and in uniform
- maintain professional communication with coworkers and vendors
- provide high-quality customer service
- report accidents and injuries timely
- prepare food and beverages as needed
- submit accurate reports
- adhere to regular and flexible work schedules
- perform other assigned duties
