Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years supervisory or lead experience in high-volume foodservice
  • at least 6 months experience delegating tasks and coordinating employees
  • Servsafe Manager or equivalent certification

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage and assign team work to ensure efficient food service operations
  • ensure adequate staffing levels and adjust as needed
  • ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Foundation standards
  • order, receive, and inventory food supplies
  • supervise, train, and coach crew members
  • maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas
  • ensure cash register and credit card policy compliance
  • resolve equipment, maintenance, and facility issues
  • interact with customers and vendors to resolve complaints
  • communicate work schedules and record time accurately
  • ensure staff report to work on time and in uniform
  • maintain professional communication with coworkers and vendors
  • provide high-quality customer service
  • report accidents and injuries timely
  • prepare food and beverages as needed
  • submit accurate reports
  • adhere to regular and flexible work schedules
  • perform other assigned duties
