Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s licensure with a minimum of 3 years clean driving record
  • Experience in facility maintenance and event management or related industries such as performing arts or hospitality
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Supervisory experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Capability to work in varied weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily maintenance activities across multiple urban parks
  • Coordinate event planning, set-up, and breakdown with outside organizations
  • Supervise park maintenance staff and contractors
  • Ensure all parks and public spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming
  • Implement safety protocols and equipment operation procedures
  • Prepare reports and manage budgets related to park maintenance and events
  • Foster positive public interactions through excellent customer service
