Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s licensure with a minimum of 3 years clean driving record
- Experience in facility maintenance and event management or related industries such as performing arts or hospitality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Capability to work in varied weather conditions

Job Duties
- Oversee daily maintenance activities across multiple urban parks
- Coordinate event planning, set-up, and breakdown with outside organizations
- Supervise park maintenance staff and contractors
- Ensure all parks and public spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming
- Implement safety protocols and equipment operation procedures
- Prepare reports and manage budgets related to park maintenance and events
- Foster positive public interactions through excellent customer service
