Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven leadership skills
  • availability for overnight shift from 10 PM to 6 AM
  • ability to obtain Airport Badge
  • valid Driver's License
  • ability to lift 40 pounds, push/pull 75 pounds, and walk/stand for the duration of the shift
  • willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

  • proven leadership skills
  • previous supervisor experience preferred
  • cash control experience preferred
  • general knowledge of vended service products preferred

Job Duties

  • Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance of activities and response to fluctuating workloads
  • maintain a safe working environment by monitoring safety procedures and equipment
  • perform the same cart associate work duties as those supervised, including collecting and transporting carts to ensure availability for customer use, providing customer service to airport passengers, and light cleaning of carts and rental equipment
  • collaborate with workers and managers to solve work-related problems
  • review work throughout the process and at completion to ensure proper performance
  • explain regulations, policies, or procedures
  • provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to inquiries and complaints
  • maintain excellent communication and cooperation with employees, facility management, airline management, and government officials such as CBP, TSA, and FBI
  • inspect equipment including carts, CMUs, Cushmans, perform emergency maintenance or take equipment out of service and report maintenance needs
  • assist with collections, counting/recording money, documenting meter readings
  • assess training needs of staff and arrange for or provide appropriate instruction
  • perform other duties as assigned
