Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or large facility preferred
- good communication skills in English
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work hands-on with cleaning staff
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
- current or ability to obtain CPR certification prior to start date

- ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- knowledge of hospital cleanliness and sanitation standards
- strong leadership and safety skills
- experience with commercial cleaning equipment is beneficial

Job Duties
- supervise housekeeping and janitorial staff while working alongside them
- orient new EVS department employees
- create and maintain departmental work schedules
- ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of the facility
- stay updated on safety data sheets and training requirements
- handle and train staff on cleaning chemicals and equipment
