Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous leadership experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to qualify and maintain Check Flight Attendant qualification on all aircraft types
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Above average oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Preferred previous aviation experience
- Preferred prior supervisory and/or managing experience in a union environment
Job Duties
- Model PSA's core values by being an approachable and visible leader who fosters trust and respect with their team
- Responsible for addressing and improving employee performance in customer service, safety, appearance, conduct, dependability, and attendance
- Promote health, wellness, and safe work practices
- Act as a liaison between Inflight, other departments, and Station Personnel
- Provide inflight assistance and support for inbound and outbound flights including handling Flight Attendant injuries and aircraft emergencies
- Respond quickly to unplanned events including crew conflict and emergency situations
- Provide feedback to Base Managers regarding employee performance and attendance
- Track and follow up on delays coded to Inflight to improve key performance indicators
- Conduct daily concourse audits and provide recognition for Flight Attendants
- Support operational needs of Station and Crew
- Liaise with Inflight Operations and Training groups to implement best practices
- Ensure compliance with Security and Safety Management System and Safety Assurance outputs
- Perform other duties as assigned
