Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to qualify and maintain Check Flight Attendant qualification on all aircraft types
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities
  • Above average oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Must be able to qualify and retain Check Flight Attendant qualification on all aircraft types
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
  • Above average oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Preferred previous aviation experience
  • Preferred prior supervisory and/or managing experience in a union environment

Job Duties

  • Model PSA's core values by being an approachable and visible leader who fosters trust and respect with their team
  • Responsible for addressing and improving employee performance in customer service, safety, appearance, conduct, dependability, and attendance
  • Promote health, wellness, and safe work practices
  • Act as a liaison between Inflight, other departments, and Station Personnel
  • Provide inflight assistance and support for inbound and outbound flights including handling Flight Attendant injuries and aircraft emergencies
  • Respond quickly to unplanned events including crew conflict and emergency situations
  • Provide feedback to Base Managers regarding employee performance and attendance
  • Track and follow up on delays coded to Inflight to improve key performance indicators
  • Conduct daily concourse audits and provide recognition for Flight Attendants
  • Support operational needs of Station and Crew
  • Liaise with Inflight Operations and Training groups to implement best practices
  • Ensure compliance with Security and Safety Management System and Safety Assurance outputs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
