- Experience providing and receiving coaching and feedback
- Proficiency with software including email messaging applications, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with independent decision-making ability
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain professional demeanor
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Team lead, supervisory or management experience preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Call center experience preferred

Job Duties
- Supervises the department including interviewing and hiring employees and ensuring employees receive the proper training
- Conducts performance evaluation and manages employees including skill and career development, policy administration, coaching on performance management and behavior, employee relations and cost control
- Supervises the allocation of resources including staff and technology to ensure departmental goals are met
- Promotes teamwork to effectively achieve customer satisfaction, department specific performance goals and metrics
- Evaluates and standardizes procedures to maintain a positive working environment and represent the division in various work groups
- Prepares composite reports, identifies trends and communicates recommendations through data analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legislative, or contract specific requirements
- Coaches team members on performance regularly, delivering bi-annual reviews and providing specific, constructive feedback
- Monitors team proactively to identify potential problems and ensures appropriate resolution with guidance
- Develops relationships with supporting business units to help resolve team member issues
- Takes ownership of employee issues requiring liaison with others and promotes company recognition programs
- Demonstrates teamwork by supporting and assisting other supervisors
- Effectively uses business standard oral and written communication skills daily
- Partners with sales staff and external clients to maintain dynamic business relationships for new and renewing accounts
