Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
  • Above average oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Experience with telephone conferencing and email communication
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Previous aviation experience preferred
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role and/or managing in a union environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversight of crew member attendance and reliability tracking to ensure consistent application and compliance with PSA's Crew Member Reliability Program and respective Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA)
  • Develop tools and implement automation to improve and streamline processes and drive efficiency
  • Identify trends and initiatives to drive continuous improvement of policies and processes, including reliability programs
  • Coordinate with the Leave of Absence and Inflight operations teams on leave requests and tracking of crew members on various leave types
  • Coordinate with Employee Relations and Inflight leadership on flight attendant personal leave of absence requests and respond accordingly to such requests
  • Coordinate system-wide events and initiatives, including promotions by American Airlines Credit Union, Citibank, and other support organizations
  • Act as the primary contact for interdepartmental administrative processes and coordination
  • Create L Drive folders for new crew members as they are brought onboard, along with other necessary onboarding functions
  • Manage AFA grievance tracking and reporting and work with Inflight leadership on grievance responses
  • Responsible for the Company’s Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
