- Previous hospital and/or food service experience
- Ability to work specified shifts including weekends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to comply with hospital policies and procedures
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned

- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Sanitation certificate preferred
Job Duties
- Direct and coordinate activities of kitchen and cafe workers
- Prepare, cook and serve foods for hospital patients, personnel and visitors
- Supervise nutritional services staff during designated shifts
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with Director of Nutritional Services to improve food service operations
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in food preparation areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
