Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering, business, operations management, supply chain, or similar field
- must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- must be located in City of Industry, CA surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment
- willingness to be onsite daily in the Tropicana manufacturing plant in City of Industry, CA
- this role requires off-shift and/or weekend work
- this role requires lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years supervising in food and beverage manufacturing
- experience developing and coaching hourly staff preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
- ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
- excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- extremely versatile and dedicated to efficient productivity
- experience in continuous improvement
- experience analyzing and trending data to identify root causes
Job Duties
- track operational output measures including efficiency and product quality
- develop team to solve operational issues and achieve performance goals
- deliver effective change leadership for business changes
- communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to solve operational issues
- motivate team members to achieve plan goals
- incorporate productivity, yield loss, TPM continuous improvement and innovation initiatives into strategic plan
- maintain regular presence on the plant floor
