Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED required
- valid driver’s license with certificate of insurability
- drug screen
- WSC background check
- appropriate background check for contract i.e., NACI, TxDOT, DPS
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
- local travel availability
- full-time availability
- adherence to operational safety procedures
- ability to prepare reports timely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- associate degree in Business Management preferred
- supervisory experience preferred
- basic knowledge of equipment used in accordance with PWS/SOW
- strong leadership skills
- effective communication abilities

- personal effectiveness and credibility
Job Duties
- Ensure all requirements of the PWS/SOW are met
- ensure all operational and safety procedures are properly followed
- maintain a clean and safe work area
- train employees as required
- verify facility readiness for service
- schedule and train staff on PWS, SOW, CBA, and personnel policies
- monitor safety aspects and take corrective educational actions
- order and maintain facility supplies and storage
- ensure the highest level of customer service
- prepare and submit accurate reports and correspondence
- supervise and manage employee performance and discipline
