Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED required
- Associate degree in Business Management preferred
- Basic knowledge of equipment per PWS and SOW
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License with insurability
- Drug screen required
- WSC and contract-specific background checks required
- Ability to work 25 hours per week with possible evening and weekend shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Associate degree in Business Management preferred
- Basic knowledge of various equipment used in accordance with the contracts PWS and SOW
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License with certificate of insurability
- Successful completion of drug screen and background checks
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage stress and maintain composure
- Results driven and personally effective
Job Duties
- Ensures all requirements of the PWS and SOW are met
- Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed, maintaining a clean and safe work area, ensuring all employees are trained as required
- Verifies facility is prepared for service as required
- May schedule and train staff to be knowledgeable of the requirements and application of the PWS, SOW, Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), and personnel policies as required
- Monitors safety aspects relating to facility, equipment, and personnel
- taking corrective educational actions as required
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining facility supplies and storage areas
- Ensures the highest level of customer service is consistently provided
- Ensures all reports and correspondence relating to the operation are accurately prepared and submitted timely
