Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in environmental services preferred
- ability to perform supervisory duties
- knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- completion of Department of Transportation Training
- IEHA certification preferred
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to manage schedules and supplies
- willingness to travel as required
Job Qualifications
- Preferred High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years EVS experience preferred
- completion of Department of Transportation Training (DOTTRN)
- IEHA Certification - International Executive Housekeepers Association, Inc
Job Duties
- Assign and schedule cleaning of areas at designated campuses to ensure adequate staff coverage
- maintain adequate staffing levels by appropriately scheduling staff's days on and off
- monitor the usage of supplies and equipment and ensure that adequate stock is available
- observe and enforce all safety policies, procedures, and rules to ensure a safe work environment
- participate in people management activities such as conducting performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews
- supervise the work of others and manage the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations
- train staff in cleaning tasks, department procedures, and policies
