Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in environmental services preferred
  • ability to perform supervisory duties
  • knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
  • completion of Department of Transportation Training
  • IEHA certification preferred
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to manage schedules and supplies
  • willingness to travel as required

Job Qualifications

  • Preferred High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years EVS experience preferred
  • completion of Department of Transportation Training (DOTTRN)
  • IEHA Certification - International Executive Housekeepers Association, Inc

Job Duties

  • Assign and schedule cleaning of areas at designated campuses to ensure adequate staff coverage
  • maintain adequate staffing levels by appropriately scheduling staff's days on and off
  • monitor the usage of supplies and equipment and ensure that adequate stock is available
  • observe and enforce all safety policies, procedures, and rules to ensure a safe work environment
  • participate in people management activities such as conducting performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews
  • supervise the work of others and manage the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations
  • train staff in cleaning tasks, department procedures, and policies
