Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to two years experience as a general utility worker
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM-11:30 PM)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to adhering to ethical standards and compliance policies
Job Qualifications
- One to two years experience as a general utility worker
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience in leading teams
- Some computer experience including Outlook and Excel
- Epic Systems experience
Job Duties
- Assist the Hospitality Manager in maintaining high standards of hospitality by keeping them informed on the condition of assigned areas and by training, supervising, and motivating department personnel to complete schedules
- Provide work leadership to hourly employees in completing their job duties in hospitality for an area, location or building
- Work closely with Admissions to provide hospitality from patient admission until discharge and ensure guests are aware of hospitality presence upon entering the facility
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies, ethical codes, and regulatory standards
- Address staff performance issues and provide guidance to improve service quality
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance patient and guest experience
