Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift, move or assist patients safely
- Previous experience in hospitality, transportation, security, or healthcare support
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or ability to get within 90 days of hire
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Effective communication abilities

- Proficient in managing reservations and guest services operations
Job Duties
- Guide and supervise the activities of the Concierge team members
- Ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for patients, families and visitors
- Oversee the Prairie Heart Guest House reservation process
- Collaborate with other hospital departments to meet patient needs
- Provide hands-on assistance to ensure safe and efficient arrival and departure experiences
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Manage daily scheduling and operations of guest services
