Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years' supervisory or managerial experience in reservations, casino marketing, group or hotel operations
- proficient in CMS, LMS, Patron Management, Microsoft Office, Passkey, Amadeus/Delphi
- excellent communication skills in English
- ability to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- at least 21 years of age
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- detail oriented
- strong organizational and problem solving skills
- professional appearance and demeanor
- ability to plan and execute multiple tasks
- able to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in reservations, casino marketing, group or hotel operations in a supervisory or managerial role
- proficient in CMS, LMS, Patron Management, Microsoft Office, Passkey, Amadeus/Delphi
- ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and stressful environment while maintaining proper mental attitude
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate

Job Duties
- Oversee management of inventory, rates and reporting within Resort Services department
- review and process all reservation and group modifications, additions, cancellations, and revisions according to policy
- process group rooming listings in LMS and Passkey system
- monitor and manage group blocks, pick-ups, and blind cuts
- provide updates on group activities and historical patterns during meetings with Operations, Revenue and Sales leadership
- develop and maintain reporting tools and techniques
- manage upsell inventory in Passkey and LMS to support group block adjustments
- review and improve group notations, reservations, master accounts, and other group-related items
- review applied billing profiles, reservation rates, stay dates, and other billing information
- review and notate communicated VIPs
- oversee execution and distribution of reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- advise department leadership and Revenue Management about patterns affecting room inventory and revenue
- manage delivery and measurement of guest service adhering to departmental standards
- attend meetings with clients and property staff as liaison between Sales/Service Managers, group contacts, and meeting planners
- compile reports for Resort Services, Groups and Wholesale Management
- process wholesale, extranet, and third-party reservation requests, modifications, cancellations
- communicate and resolve guest situations with third-party companies
- respond to inquiries concerning groups, wholesale, extranet, and third-party companies
- perform all functions of a Group Reservations Coordinator and provide technical guidance
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
