Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- six months to one year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends
- ServSafe certification
- TIPS certification
- ability to stand and walk frequently, occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
- good communication skills
- ability to maintain professional and respectful conduct

Job Duties
- Consults with the food and beverage manager about serving arrangements and equipment needed for the bistro
- works mainly mornings to support the AM team and covers shifts when busy or when the food and beverage manager is off
- covers bistro shifts if needed, short staffed or in an emergency
- assists with training for bistro staff
- enforces and upholds health department and Marriott policies and standards
- responsible for overall restaurant cleanliness and maintaining grotto standards and cleanliness
- maintains bookings for the Gallery/Open Table ensuring all bookings have necessary details
