- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties
- Understands and enforces all policies and procedures
- understands diet orders in relation to policies and residents rights
- performs day-to-day assignments alongside oversight duties
- monitors employee productivity and provides direction for increased service or productivity
- oversees daily activities of food service staff and assigns responsibilities
- holds subordinates accountable for expectations
- responsible for orientation and training of new employees
- meets with customers to ensure satisfaction with food quality and service
- attends all meetings and trainings by Sodexo management and Springmoor
- promotes development of the food service team
- assists in maintaining a safe working environment
- complies with all Sodexo HACCP policies and procedures
- complies with all state regulations
- reports accidents and injuries promptly
- complies with company safety and risk management policies
- performs other duties as needed within the dining department
