Job Duties

  • Supervise dining services employees
  • engage and coordinate activities of the dining team
  • ensure provision of safe and nutritious food
  • provide excellent customer service by managing and walking around dining areas
  • manage cash register and sales reports
  • handle doctors' accounts and billing
  • maintain compliance with food safety standards
