Job Duties
- Supervise dining services employees
- engage and coordinate activities of the dining team
- ensure provision of safe and nutritious food
- provide excellent customer service by managing and walking around dining areas
- manage cash register and sales reports
- handle doctors' accounts and billing
- maintain compliance with food safety standards
