Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food service or related field
  • Ability to manage and coordinate staff
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • English proficiency in reading and speaking
  • Basic computer skills preferred
  • Must obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days
  • Commitment to safety and compliance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, certificate of attendance, certificate of completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation
  • Good organization and decision-making skills
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Good computer skills desirable
  • ServSafe certification required within 90 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Supervise, engage, and coordinate the activities of Dining Services employees
  • Ensure the provision of safe and nutritious food
  • Focus on providing excellent customer service through active management and presence
  • Manage cash register operations and sales reports
  • Handle doctors' accounts and billing
  • Walk around to monitor and support staff activities
  • Maintain compliance with food safety standards
