Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience in dining services or related field
- ability to supervise staff
- basic computer skills
- good communication skills in English
- ability to obtain ServSafe certification within first 6 months
- strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Supervise dining services employees
- engage and coordinate daily activities
- ensure the provision of safe and nutritious food
- focus on providing excellent customer service
- manage cash register and sales reports
- handle doctors' accounts and billing
- walk around to oversee operations
