Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • three to five years of food service experience
  • knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards
  • ability to operate and maintain food service equipment
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to manage schedules, timecards, and hiring processes
  • proficiency with computer applications and data analysis
  • capability to train and educate staff
  • knowledge of C-BORD system

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • associate degree in food service management, dietetics, culinary arts, or similar field preferred
  • three to five years' experience in food service
  • ability to demonstrate continuous personal development
  • knowledge of HACCP and food safety protocols
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • experience with food service operations and equipment
  • ability to provide education and training for diverse populations

Job Duties

  • direct employees in food preparation and service activities
  • maintain quality, sanitation, and safety standards
  • manage food procurement and equipment cleaning
  • provide education and training for special populations
  • operate and analyze food service management systems
  • coordinate schedules and timecard management
  • contribute to hiring and training processes
