Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- three to five years of food service experience
- knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards
- ability to operate and maintain food service equipment
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage schedules, timecards, and hiring processes
- proficiency with computer applications and data analysis
- capability to train and educate staff
- knowledge of C-BORD system
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- associate degree in food service management, dietetics, culinary arts, or similar field preferred
- three to five years' experience in food service
- ability to demonstrate continuous personal development
- knowledge of HACCP and food safety protocols
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- experience with food service operations and equipment
- ability to provide education and training for diverse populations
Job Duties
- direct employees in food preparation and service activities
- maintain quality, sanitation, and safety standards
