Job Duties
- Manages daily food service operations
- Assists with cash handling, payroll, and scheduling tasks
- Identifies and resolves operational issues, escalating as needed
- Delegates tasks and monitors quality standards
- Provides constructive feedback to improve employee performance
- Ensures compliance with regulations, policies, and safety standards
- Promotes workplace safety through training and equipment maintenance
- Sets standards and implements quality improvements
- Builds employee satisfaction and supports diversity and inclusion initiatives
