Job Duties
- Manages daily food service operations ensuring staff have necessary tools and meet goals
- Assists with cash handling payroll and scheduling tasks
- Identifies and resolves operational issues escalating as needed
- Delegates tasks monitors standards and prioritizes key activities
- Provides constructive feedback to motivate and improve employee performance
- Ensures compliance with regulations policies and safety standards
- Promotes workplace safety through training and equipment maintenance
