Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Supervise the work activities of food service employees engaged in food preparation for patients, visitors, and staff
- Maintain quality control by testing food for temperature, taste, proper portioning, and appearance
- Schedule employees within budgeted labor hours
- Ensure compliance with food service sanitation procedures and safety standards
- Prepare simple reports such as incident and attendance reports
- Coordinate workflow to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Provide clear directions and respond appropriately to employee needs
