Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in food services or related field
  • Ability to work onsite with day and evening rotation shifts
  • Strong organizational and supervisory skills
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to comply with safety and sanitation standards
  • No specific certifications required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Leadership skills in a food service environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and make decisive judgments
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with staff training and performance management

Job Duties

  • Supervises daily staff activities in food services
  • Coordinates and determines daily staffing assignments and levels
  • Provides leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff
  • Administers performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, HACCP guidelines, and departmental policies
  • Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill service levels
  • Leads the resolution of complex issues and complaints
  • Assists with budgetary compliance, vendor relations, purchasing, stock level maintenance, menu preparation, special event planning, and catered functions
