- high school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe Manager Food Protection Certification or equivalent
- minimum three years experience in food services
- at least one year of leadership responsibilities
- ability to speak, read and write English
- strong customer service skills
- excellent verbal and written communication
- complex problem solving skills

- strategic planning and system development skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- coordinate and supervise operation of Food and Nutrition Services
- ensure compliance with Food Safety requirements
- maintain standards of customer service and infection control
- oversee safe food handling and volume food production
- implement menu development and meal assembly
- manage portion control and inventory management
- maintain food service equipment
