Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of food service management experience preferred
- Food Safety Manager Certificate required within 30 days of employment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to manage and supervise diverse foodservice staff
- Compliance with hospital policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred three years of food service management experience in high volume settings
- Food Safety Manager Certificate obtained within 30 days of employment
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Job Duties
- Supervise staff in Food and Nutrition Services
- Train and develop foodservice personnel
- Enforce safety and sanitary policies
- Ensure efficient meal delivery
- Provide coaching and counseling to staff
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards
- Oversee inventory and supply management
