Job Duties
- Supervises employees involved in food preparation and delivery
- interviews, hires, orients, and trains new employees
- plans work schedules and assures adequate daily staffing
- handles time reporting and record keeping
- evaluates performance and performs disciplinary action when necessary
- supervises food inventorying, ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution
- participates in quality control and quality assurance data collection
