Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of food service management experience preferred
  • Food Safety Manager Certificate obtained within 30 days of employment
  • Ability to stand and walk for 50% of shift
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of food service management experience preferred, ideally in a hospital, high-volume restaurant, hotel, or room service environment
  • Food Safety Manager Certificate obtained within 30 days of employment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer and technological proficiency

Job Duties

  • Supervise foodservice staff including Food Service Workers, Room Service Ambassadors, and culinary team members
  • Train, develop, coach, and counsel foodservice employees
  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure safety, sanitation, and efficient meal delivery
  • Oversee meal preparation and service in compliance with dietary guidelines
  • Coordinate with department management to maintain operational standards
  • Manage scheduling and workflows to optimize team performance
  • Monitor and address customer service issues and feedback
