Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of food service management experience preferred
- Food Safety Manager Certificate obtained within 30 days of employment
- Ability to stand and walk for 50% of shift
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
- Strong multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
Job Qualifications

- 3 years of food service management experience preferred, ideally in a hospital, high-volume restaurant, hotel, or room service environment
- Food Safety Manager Certificate obtained within 30 days of employment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer and technological proficiency
Job Duties
- Supervise foodservice staff including Food Service Workers, Room Service Ambassadors, and culinary team members
- Train, develop, coach, and counsel foodservice employees
- Enforce policies and procedures to ensure safety, sanitation, and efficient meal delivery
- Oversee meal preparation and service in compliance with dietary guidelines
- Coordinate with department management to maintain operational standards
- Manage scheduling and workflows to optimize team performance
- Monitor and address customer service issues and feedback
