Job Requirements
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of food service supervision preferred
- ServSafe Manager Certification required
- allergen awareness training required
- ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, reach, lift up to specified limits
- ability to speak and hear clearly
- ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
- willingness to work full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Qualifications

- ability to manage staff and coordinate training
- strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Ensure cashiers follow all cash handling and reporting policies
- maintain safes and balance deposits per policy
- supervise FMHOC staff and coordinate their training
- ensure café menus and retail offerings meet standards set by the Executive Chef
- ensure retail operations open fifteen minutes before scheduled times and conduct pre-meal checks
- oversee food preparation to standard and readiness for serving
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of retail and dining areas
- complete and maintain JOLT HACCP records
- provide excellent customer service and handle feedback professionally
- promote a welcoming café environment
- supervise, schedule, and train café employees
- support staff engagement and teamwork
- track inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste
- enforce food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
- ensure compliance with DNV, local health regulations, and HACCP procedures
