Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three to five years of progressive food and beverage experience preferred
- ability to train and lead team members
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
- strong and accurate money handling skills
- ability to work under stress in fast-paced environment
- digital literacy in relevant computer programs
- must obtain and maintain Serv-Safe certification
- must obtain and maintain valid racing license
- ability to stand for entire shift
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- capable of working in variable environments with noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke

Job Duties
- Provides guest service training and departmental orientation for new Team Members
- works with manager to provide on-going training for all Team Members
- monitors day-to-day activities of the department as per company policies
- reviews work activities of subordinate Team Members to ensure adherence to management standards
- assists manager in evaluating staffing levels and working conditions to enhance guest service and profitability
- coordinates with food and beverage supervisors and managers on work schedules, ordering, and par levels
- delegates duties to personnel based on operational needs to ensure adequate coverage
- oversees side work responsibilities and opening and closing duties
- ensures dining room is set up and ready for service
- assists with set-up and breakdown for private events
- acts as liaison with external agencies or company leadership as needed
- performs other related duties as assigned
