Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a flight attendant
  • cpr aed first aid certification
  • evacuation crew member training and certificate
  • food safety and handling certification
  • ability to work on an on-call basis
  • current passport
  • must be able to work all shifts and available for extended hours weekends and holidays as needed
  • ability to pass air force background checks for cape canaveral and vandenberg

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a flight attendant
  • previous experience in leadership or supervisory role
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to de-escalate volatile situations
  • advanced experience with microsoft office ie powerpoint word excel
  • experience in a corporate environment

Job Duties

  • assist in the hiring and training of flight attendants
  • prepare budget for catering and aircraft supplies
  • perform regular flight assignments as the operational flight attendant and or as a flight attendant instructor as needed
  • maintain training qualifications for flight operations applicable to regulatory and safety management system requirements including annual emergency procedures training for each aircraft as assigned
  • provide emergency assistance for passengers and crew when necessary
  • establish maintain and revise the flight attendant manual
  • establish vendor relationships for training
