Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 5+ years of professional experience as a flight attendant
- cpr aed first aid certification
- evacuation crew member training and certificate
- food safety and handling certification
- ability to work on an on-call basis
- current passport
- must be able to work all shifts and available for extended hours weekends and holidays as needed
- ability to pass air force background checks for cape canaveral and vandenberg
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 5+ years of professional experience as a flight attendant
- previous experience in leadership or supervisory role
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to de-escalate volatile situations
- advanced experience with microsoft office ie powerpoint word excel
- experience in a corporate environment
Job Duties
- assist in the hiring and training of flight attendants
- prepare budget for catering and aircraft supplies
- perform regular flight assignments as the operational flight attendant and or as a flight attendant instructor as needed
- maintain training qualifications for flight operations applicable to regulatory and safety management system requirements including annual emergency procedures training for each aircraft as assigned
- provide emergency assistance for passengers and crew when necessary
- establish maintain and revise the flight attendant manual
- establish vendor relationships for training
