Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a flight attendant
  • CPR, AED first aid certification
  • Evacuation crew member training and certificate
  • Food safety and handling certification
  • Ability to work on an on-call basis
  • Current passport
  • Must be able to work all shifts and available for extended hours, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to pass Air Force background checks for Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg
  • U.S. citizenship or equivalent status to comply with ITAR regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a flight attendant
  • Previous experience in leadership or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to de-escalate volatile situations
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Experience in a corporate environment

Job Duties

  • Assist in the hiring and training of flight attendants
  • Prepare budget for catering and aircraft supplies
  • Perform regular flight assignments as operational flight attendant or instructor
  • Maintain training qualifications for flight operations including emergency procedures
  • Provide emergency assistance for passengers and crew
  • Establish, maintain, and revise the flight attendant manual
  • Establish vendor relationships for training
