Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must have excellent customer service experience
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus
  • Effective oral communication and writing skills in the English
  • Ability to interact with guests and staff with a professional and friendly appearance and attitude
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and select holidays
  • Must be able to stand or walk constantly for extended length of time
  • Must be able to work in an environment of moderate to loud noise levels

Job Duties

  • Manage Event Staff during event as assigned by Manager and Lead Event Staff Supervisor
  • Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Have knowledge of building layout, including restrooms and exits
  • Have knowledge of all rules and regulations
  • Have knowledge of all authorized credentials
  • Monitor guests and enforce rules
  • Assist in crowd management, seating discrepancies, and settling disputes
  • Inform Lead Event Staff Supervisor of developing problem
  • Respond in a quick and professional manner to incidents
  • Be aware of all special functions or activities that occur during the event
  • Assist with sign in/out of all staff
  • Distribute uniforms and equipment
  • Other duties as assigned
