Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or GED
  • prior supervisory experience is preferred
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong problem solving abilities
  • effective communication skills in English
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • ability to work in noisy environments

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or GED
  • must have excellent customer service experience
  • strong problem solving skills and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • prior supervisory experience is a plus
  • effective oral communication and writing skills in the English
  • additional languages a plus
  • ability to interact with guests and staff with a professional and friendly appearance and attitude
  • ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to nights, weekends and select holidays
  • must be able to stand or walk constantly for extended length of time
  • must be able to work in an environment of moderate to loud noise levels

Job Duties

  • Manage event staff during event as assigned by manager and lead event staff supervisor
  • greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • have knowledge of building layout, including restrooms and exits
  • have knowledge of all rules and regulations
  • have knowledge of all authorized credentials
  • monitor guests and enforce rules
  • assist in crowd management, seating discrepancies, and settling disputes
  • inform lead event staff supervisor of developing problem
  • respond in a quick and professional manner to incidents
  • be aware of all special functions or activities that occur during the event
  • assist with sign in/out of all staff
  • distribute uniforms and equipment
  • other duties as assigned
