Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have excellent customer service experience
- Strong problem solving skills and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus
- Effective oral communication and writing skills in the English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to nights, weekends and select holidays
- Must be able to stand or walk constantly for extended length of time
- Must be able to work in an environment of moderate to loud noise levels

Job Duties
- Manage event staff during event as assigned by manager and lead event staff supervisor
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Have knowledge of building layout, including restrooms and exits
- Have knowledge of all rules and regulations
- Have knowledge of all authorized credentials
- Monitor guests and enforce rules
- Assist in crowd management, seating discrepancies, and settling disputes
- Inform lead event staff supervisor of developing problem
- Respond in a quick and professional manner to incidents
- Be aware of all special functions or activities that occur during the event
- Assist with sign in/out of all staff
- Distribute uniforms and equipment
- Other duties as assigned
