Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Possess valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license or passport
- Ability to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, days off
- Flexibility to work additional hours on short notice
- Able to perform duties under various weather conditions
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass fingerprint based criminal background check if applicable
- Must secure airport security badges if applicable
- Comply with DOT regulations regarding drug and alcohol testing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent

- Must be able to perform duties under stressful conditions
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and judgment
- Ability to organize work groups and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and safety conscious
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off

Job Duties
- Coordinate the day-to-day station operations by leading and organizing the activities of Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability
- Ensure adequate operational coverage
- responsible for scheduling and manpower utilization
- Maintain a safe, dependable and consistent operation
- Conduct Agent observations
- Schedule and administer local training including new hire training
- Investigate and resolve operational issues as well as customer service issues
- Participate on operational conference calls, station audits and prepare various reports
- Maintain records such as time and attendance, personnel files and performance
- Perform Station Agent work as required including greeting passengers, managing check-in and ticketing, guiding aircraft on taxiways, handling baggage and cargo, and operating ground equipment
- Ensure adherence to the company uniform policy
