Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or graduate of culinary school
- 36 months experience in food services to include 12 months in a supervisory role
- must have working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office applications
- must have demonstrated oral/written communication skills (English)
- must have demonstrated skills and ability to work independently and as a team member
- must be able to follow a lesson plan and speak in front of a group
- must have excellent leadership skills
- ServSafe Certification
- sanitation certification may be required upon employment
- physical stamina for fast-paced environment
- ability to lift up to 58 lbs.
- ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
- ability to stand and/or walk for long periods
- adapt to varying temperatures from 8 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit
- willingness to work nights and weekends
- pass background and police records check
Job Qualifications

- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
