Job Requirements
- Bachelor/university degree
- 3 or more years of experience in travel agency or corporate travel
- Proficiency with travel automation tools including Sabre, GetThere and Passkey
- Experience in corporate flight booking
- Knowledge of international passport and visa regulations
- Strong negotiation skills
- High confidentiality and customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel 5 percent domestically and internationally
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods
- On-site work required.
Job Qualifications

- Mastery of travel agency automated tools including Sabre, GetThere and Passkey
- Experience booking flights for corporate and executive level employees
- Knowledge of passport and visa requirements for international markets
- Strong negotiation skills for hotel, car service contracts and automation licenses
- High level of confidentiality and excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with executives, sales directors and company family
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Physical ability to lift 20 pounds and stand, sit or walk for extended periods.
Job Duties
- Supervises, assists and reviews work of corporate and international travel agents responsible for arranging all travel and related services for employees and independent sales force
- Provides enhanced travel service and expertise to VIP clients including executives and company family members
- Interprets and applies corporate travel policy and guides others on application for violations and exceptions
- Trains and develops agency staff on procedures and technological tools to ensure efficient operation
- Independently negotiates hotel and car service contracts for corporate transient travel and maintains preferred vendor and travel databases
- Evaluates, selects and implements advanced technological tools to streamline and automate agency tasks
- Functions as a trip director to support agency incentive travel promotions
- Attends industry technology conferences and seminars
- Maintains on-site work presence at Mary Kay facility
- Ensures compliance with ARC ticket issuance and report submission mandates.
