Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- Minimum three years of customer service experience
- Prior supervisory or lead experience
- Successful completion of orientation programs
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Ability to work 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with on-call availability
- Full-time employment

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction for the Concierge team
- Ensure positive patient, family, visitor, and physician experiences and interactions
- Coordinate support services to maintain safety and cleanliness on campus
- Recruit, train, and evaluate Concierge staff
- Manage face-to-face visitation requests
- Address visitor compliments and complaints
- Serve as liaison between physicians, visitors, and hospital departments
- Order supplies and department materials
- Prepare payroll for Concierge staff
- Register visitors and issue visitor passes
- Establish deadlines and monitor work assignments
- Triage incoming department calls
- Develop and implement team protocols with security
- Administer visitor management system
- Perform other duties as assigned
