Job Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED preferred
2+ years' experience in retail preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong customer service skills
Basic reading, writing, and accounting skills
Ability to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Physical ability to perform frequent movement and lifting
Food handling or safety certification may be required in some locations

Job Qualifications

2+ years' experience in a retail setting preferred
Minimum 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED preferred
Outstanding customer service skills
Basic reading, writing, and accounting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

Support management team
Oversee and coach cafe team members
Greet and provide outstanding customer service
Prepare and serve hot and cold food and beverages
Maintain cafe cleanliness and safety standards
Operate and troubleshoot cafe equipment
Handle customer issues and escalate when necessary
