Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant supervision or management
- strong leadership abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to maintain work schedules and timekeeping records
- capacity to resolve conflicts and provide employee coaching
- must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Serve as an ambassador for Island View Casino and The Buffet restaurant
- lead and support front-of-house restaurant staff to provide exceptional dining experiences
- oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- monitor and adjust staffing levels based on business needs
- maintain work schedules and timekeeping records for assigned staff
- direct, train, and monitor staff performance to foster effective employee relations
- ensure adherence to company policies and safety practices
- provide guidance, issue resolution support, feedback, and coaching to staff
- ensure teams have necessary information and resources to perform job responsibilities
