Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain current Food Handler's Card
- Maintain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
- Maintain ServSafe certification
- Possess valid driver's license and vehicle insurance for commuting
- Ability to perform simple mathematical operations
- Ability to manage cash transactions securely
- Able to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Compliance with San Manuel policies and appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Business Management or related field
- Minimum two years food and beverage experience in a high-volume, high-energy venue
- Minimum two years supervisory experience in food and beverage preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal alcohol regulations and gaming commission standards
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining efficiency
Job Duties
- Assist with day-to-day beverage operations ensuring best-in-class guest service
- Oversee cash management and cash registers according to proper procedures
- Prioritize training in beverage preparation, responsible alcohol service, and safety procedures
- Ensure inventory is accurately purchased, received, stored, and managed to meet cost and quality goals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of beverage areas complying with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with venue leadership to develop initiatives that build sales and profitability
- Perform supervisory responsibilities including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and discipline
