Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Two to five years of experience in bar operations and personnel management
- Valid Alcohol Beverage Control card
- Applicable health certifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Assist with the development and managing of the budget for the beverage department
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers
- Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries
- Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted levels of employment
- Delegate authority and assign responsibilities
- Develop staff including interviews, hiring, and evaluations
- Manage department financial data
- Review beverage activities and promotions with Beverage Manager
- Monitor and adjust performance against local competition
- Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
