Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- possess valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license
- must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs
- ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, days off
- ability to report to work regularly and on time
- flexibility to work additional hours on short notice
- ability to perform duties in various weather conditions and time constraints
- ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English
- legal right to work in the United States
- able to adhere to uniform policy
- successful completion of fingerprint background check if applicable
- ability to secure airport authority and customs security badges if applicable
- able to pass US Postal Service background check if applicable
- compliance with Department of Transportation drug and alcohol testing requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum age 18

- ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, days off
- strong leadership qualities
- excellent judgment and initiative
- ability to organize work groups and multitask in fast-paced environment
- fluency in English
- legal right to work in the United States
- customer service experience preferred
- airline experience including ticketing system or ramp operations knowledge preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate the day-to-day station operations by leading and organizing the activities of Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability
- ensure adequate operational coverage
- responsible for scheduling and manpower utilization
- maintain a safe, dependable and consistent operation
- conduct agent observations
- schedule and administer local training including new hire training
- investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues
- adhere to company uniform policy
- participate on operational conference calls, station audits and prepare various reports
- maintain records such as time and attendance, personnel files and performance
- perform Station Agent work as required including greeting passengers, facilitating check-in and ticketing, communicating travel information, guiding aircraft on taxiways, handling baggage and cargo, operating ground equipment, collaborating with internal team for on-time departures, cleaning aircraft interior and servicing lavatories
