Job Requirements

  • Stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs for 10 feet
  • Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather
  • Ability to work shift work, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to travel up to 75 percent away from base
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Three years of Airport Operations experience preferred

  • Three years of experience in Airport Operations preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and auditing processes

Job Duties

  • Monitor daily operations at assigned airports to ensure operational excellence
  • Report on daily operational performance metrics
  • Conduct on-site audits and station visits
  • Serve as liaison to service providers and airport partners
  • Ensure service providers meet standards outlined in service level agreements and contracts
  • Mentor and guide Station Managers
  • Communicate company updates including flight schedules, standard changes, procedure changes, and safety briefings
  • Provide initial, ongoing, and recurrent training including new hire orientation, customer service training, ramp training, and management concepts
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain accurate training records
  • Perform regulatory and compliance audits ensuring adherence to FAA, TSA, DOD, DOT, and company policies
  • Inspect contractor activities such as GSE repairs, deicing, and fueling services
