Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurant industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with assistance
- Commitment to exceptional guest service and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurants

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly center staff
- Motivate and lead the team to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity
- Oversee management and expansion of Food & Beverage operations ensuring high quality and corporate standards
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
